Do you know each state has different laws that govern e-scooters for public use? For example, one state may let you ride your e-scooter at 25 km/h in a public place, but others may limit you to only 10 km/h. Also, there are laws on battery power as well. Victorian government law says an e-scooter must have a maximum power output of 200 watts or less to be used at a public place. However, there are no such restrictions if you want to use your e-scooter at private property. You can even purchase an e-scooter like Mercane wide wheel scooters with a power output of 1000W to travel within private property.
